JASON HOLLOMAN'S INSTRUCTOR BIOGRAPHY

Deputy, Firearms and Tactics Instructor

Jason has over 15 years of experience as a deputy and has been a competitive shooter in both firearms and archery since the age of 8. As the oldest of 8 siblings, Jason is a family man, with 4 children of his own and a household full of pets, including 3 Black Labs, 2 African Greys, a Ball Python, 2 ducks, and his supportive spouse, Jessica.

Jason’s passion for teaching began at a young age, as he has been training others to shoot since he was 12. Professionally, he has spent 13 years in law enforcement, with 9 of those years spent as an instructor at Eastern Florida State College, teaching both Basic Law Enforcement Academy and advanced law enforcement courses.

Jason’s love of shooting and tactical training extends into his hobbies, which include competitive shooting in both firearms and archery, hunting, fishing, reloading ammunition, and attending Renaissance Festivals. His favorite dinosaur is the Utahraptor, reflecting his love for both history and action.

Jason’s diverse skill set includes both civilian and law enforcement training, offering a unique blend of tactical and civilian concepts applied to real-world scenarios. His certifications include a range of specialized skills across firearms and defensive tactics, all agency, state, and/or federal certified.
