Notice of transfers of firearms:

The transfer fee for all firearms is $25 per item. Effective as of 1/1/2023.

A 3-day wait starts from the date of purchase and does not include weekends or holidays.

You are exempt from the 3-day wait if you possess a Valid Florida Concealed Carry Weapons License.

All firearms will be held for 60 days. After 60 days a notice will be sent notifying that a storage fee will incur of $5 per day. After 180 days the firearm will be deemed abandoned and sold.
